The artist grants the licensee the exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable use of artwork for the indefinite period of time, for the purpose of displaying and print it for single purpose only (like for album- or book cover). The artist retains all copyright and moral rights attached to images as well as any other rights which may not be detailed in this agreement. Artist can sell prints of this artwork. Credit/Acknowledgement of the artist’s name and website URL http://www.kuldarleement.eu won’t be necessary when the image is published in the web publication. Selling and/or redistribution of this single image by licensee is forbidden. Licensee is allowed to crop and/or electronically alter the image to suit their purposes for the usage stated above.
